Referring Patients to The Dental Article

The Dental Article provides specialist-led implant, surgical, veneer, and restorative care for referred patients. We aim to see referred patients within 7 days, treat only the agreed scope of care, and return patients to the referring practice with a clear written hand-back. Patients are not retained unless explicitly requested.

How to Refer a Patient

Urgent, surgical, or time-sensitive referrals: Please call or WhatsApp us directly. This allows us to triage the case quickly and arrange prompt assessment.

Planned referrals (implants, veneers, restorative care): You may contact us by phone or email, or complete the formal referral form below if preferred.

This form is intended for planned referrals where full clinical information is available. If you prefer to discuss a case first, please contact us directly.
