Treatments FAQ

Invisalign

How much does Invisalign® treatment cost?

Invisalign treatment at The Dental Article in Didsbury typically starts from £1,779 for minor cases, with more complex treatments costing up to £3,700. The exact price depends on your teeth and treatment length. We offer 0% finance options to spread the cost.

Yes, we offer flexible monthly payment plans, with Invisalign starting from around £41.37 per month. This allows you to spread the cost of your treatment with 0% finance options available.

Invisalign treatment can take anywhere from 3 to 12 months depending on the complexity of your case. Minor corrections can be completed quickly, while more advanced cases take longer.

Veneers

Porcelain veneers at The Dental Article typically start from around £XXX per tooth. The total cost depends on how many veneers are required and your desired result. A full consultation will provide a personalised quote.

Veneers are one of the most effective ways to achieve a long-lasting smile transformation. They can improve colour, shape, and alignment in a single treatment, making them a popular choice for cosmetic dentistry patients.

Whitening

Professional teeth whitening at our Didsbury clinic typically starts from £650. We offer safe, dentist-led whitening treatments that deliver noticeable results compared to over-the-counter products.

Yes, professional teeth whitening is completely safe when carried out under the supervision of a qualified dentist. We use clinically approved whitening systems to protect your teeth and gums.

Implants

Invisalign® clear aligners are virtually invisible. Others may not even notice you’re wearing them, making Invisalign treatment a seamless fit with your lifestyle.

Yes, you can remove your Invisalign retainer for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing. You can take them off for special occasions, like a wedding, job interview, or for playing your favorite sport or instrument. Your doctor will tell you how long to wear your aligners each day, but typically people wear their Invisalign clear aligners 20 to 22 hours a day to get the best results.
None! Invisalign clear aligners are removable, so there are no food restrictions at all (hello popcorn!). With traditional wires and brackets, there’s a long list of foods you unfortunately can’t enjoy because they can damage or get stuck in your braces.

Vivera™ retainers

Most doctors recommend that anyone who has completed orthodontic treatment, whether with braces or Invisalign® treatment, use a retainer to prevent teeth from gradually shifting back toward their initial position. Every case is different, so ask your doctor if you need retainers.

While there are many different types of retainers, Vivera™ retainers use the same state-of-the-art technology that makes up Invisalign clear aligners. Check our Vivera™ retainers page to learn more.
Contact your doctor for more information on Vivera retainers, as pricing can be based on your individual needs.
